Kali's Uncle Nathan gave me the idea of buying a canvas and some paint and letting Kali go to town for her 1st birthday. She wasn't so interested then, she did a little bit and then we put the painting up in our room and every once in awhile Kali would say that she wanted to paint so we would let her do more. Now Kali is 19 months old and I think she has finally found her inner Picasso. She painted and painted and the finished product is definitely a master piece, people think we should put it up in an art gallery! I asked her to give me a big smile and as you can see she has personality. It looks like we have an artist on our hands.

What a great idea!!! I'm going to do that for Jaces 3rd birthday coming up on the 31st of this month. I'm re-doing his room and this will be the best art in there! Thanks for sharing! G
