St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day
I decided to make it a tradition in our family that the kids can have Lucky Charms once a year on St. Patties Day;)
The kids LOVED IT.  They just wanted to pick the marshmallows out.
When Kali ran to get something Krew started picking her marshmallows out of her bowl.
I remember doing the same thing when I was little, so I let them do it.
Kali remembered that we had done a scavenger hunt in Hawaii on St. Patrick's Day to look for the leprechauns pot of goal, so that will be another tradition.
Kali just loved it, after we had finished she wanted to do it again.

my yearly episode

So this is not the best picture, but I have to take my annual picture and journal what is going on so I can remember and know what to tell the doctor.  From researching the past, looks like I got lucky and skipped a big episode in 2010, It flared up again the beginning of May and my normal steroid drops did not do the trick, I spend a sleepless night in pain about a week ago, I could not decide whether to go to the ER or what to do.  After a blessing from Aaron and some Ibuprofen i was able to get a couple hours of sleep.  I made an appointment the next morning to see my doctor who just gave me some migraine medicine to stop the pain and set me up the an eye specialist, who just started from the beginning.  Prescribed me with omnipred every half an hour (not realistic) and an eye relaxing drop 4 times a day and to see him in a week. Since we are moving to Utah in a couple weeks, I won't be going to that appointment, I will just start seeing a specialist in Utah, who maybe if I pray hard enough will be able to help me figure something out before I go blind.  Every time I have an episode my eye color changes to a bright green.  My vision is blurring, I have a cloud over my eye and lots of floating black spots.  Since my first episode in July of 2008 I have never regained clear vision in that eye.

Kolt

It is kind of depressing to me trying to blog again.
I am just so far behind, I don't know how to catch up and most days it feels to overwhelming,
so I just don't do it.  Leaving me even farther behind. HELP!
I have had these pictures on my desk top for a few weeks now so I thought I
better put them on the blog.
My little man Kolt.
He is a moocher.
Eats every 2 to 3 hrs.
The longest he has slept so far is 4 hours and he is 3 months on March 11.
I still need to take him in to his 2 month dr. appointment.  I am a slacker.
He loves to talk to me by making cute baby noises,
he smiles and laughs which just brightens my day.
He loves the bath.
If he is fussy, I just put him in the bath and he will sit and kick his little legs and moves his arms
for as long as I will let him.

 Our little football player.
I am pretty sure Aaron sneaks protein powder into his bottle
and is already having him do push ups.
check out those muscles.

grandpa's litte girl

Kali absolutely LOVES her grandpa.
She gets so excited when he comes to WA to visit us.
When he is here she wakes up early in the morning
so she can spend some time with him before he leaves for work.
She squeals with excitement when he returns home from work
and loves when he chases her around the house and flips her around.
She loves to cuddle up with him and watch a movie, or even take a nap,
(which we all know is the result  from watching a movie;)
This little girl LOVES her time with grandpa.
