Kali and I were in the shower this morning and we saw this gecko run up the wall, it freaked out Kali but I quickly explained to her how gecko's are our friends because they eat cockroaches. For those of you who are non believers, I have witnessed it myself, one early morning about 3 am I went into the kitchen and saw something moving so I turned on the light to find a gecko with a cockroach in his mouth, I did a little dance of joy, I had heard this was the case but it was hard for me to believe that such a little guy would actually eat a cockroach, but they due and I love them for it. It makes me happy to hear them chirp and to know they are in my home taking care of the nasty roach population. After we finished our shower Kali kept running into the bathroom asking, "where the gecko go?" I explained to her that he was running around looking for his next cockroach victim! GO GECKO'S!!!!!!

Gecko

Glad you are OK with this because it would totally freak me out (the fact that they can get in your house). I don't do snakes/lizaerds/frogs very well at all!!!
I remember when I went to Mexico and woke up in the middle of the night and saw a lizard crawling up the wall and did not sleep the rest of the night.
Jared would catch them outside and bring them inside sometimes. Miss their crying noise. Kinda similar to wave sounds for me, now.

i think after hearing that im going to go outside and round up a ton of geckos and bring them into my home!
that looks alot like the gecko that we see Almost every night in our kitchen!!

I love Geckos, and Frogs. Bring em on in. If they are eating nasty bugs all the better. I just may make a shoe box bedroom for them to stay in our house.
Snakes are not our friends. They give me the weebs and I like to kill them every chance I get. Infact I just killed a mohave greenback last week. If he would have had a cockroach in his mouth I would have celebrated a 2 for one close out sale.
