Shark bait oohaha

I went swimming with the sharks! So I finally did it, and it was a BLAST! Thanks to my wonderful husband who made this possible. He decided it wasn't for him, he wasn't into paying money to see sharks in a cage when he has already seen them for free up close while spear fishing :O. He stayed home, got up with the kids at 6:00 am while I was in Haleiwa seeing sharks up close for the first time in my life. I really wanted to know how I would re-act or how I would feel seeing sharks so close. Surprisingly enough I was calm and it was just so amazing. Aaron thought I was crazy seeing how I freaked out in the water the few times I tried to spear fish with him. He never understood how I could be so calm and collect on a surfboard looking like a turtle or seal (live bait), and freak out while snorkeling, looking in the water fully equipped with a spear and knife. I don't know either but I honestly feel like I could spear with him now and not freak out, I think it has something to do with seeing sharks in real life and seeing how they are not out to get me:) I don't miss a second of shark week and love learning about them. I guess I feel like the more I know the less afraid I will be. Thanks to Rob and Jana Potts for organizing this fun excursion and thanks to Noel for being my date:)

Yay!! I LOVE your pictures!!! I stole them and put them on my blog too. I know what your calling is too by the way, Underwater Photography!! You could either go with Surfer Magazine or something like National Geographic! Think about it! Thanks for a BLAST!
