I am feeding Krew when Kali wakes up and wants to take a bath. I put her in the tub start the water and continue to feed Krew. I notice the bath has been running for a little while but Kali is usually good about turning off the water when it gets to high and sometimes she forgets to put in the plug so the water level really never gets to high. So the water is running and I am thinking to myself, Kali must not have plugged it up because she hasn't turned off the water, but it sounds weird, I look on the floor and the floor doesn't appear to be wet. I finish feeding Krew and walk toward the bathroom and next thing you know, squish, squish, squish, I am walking in water and Kali is having a good ol' time in her man made pool.
Me: Kali, why didn't you turn off the water?
Kali: Sorry mom, it was an accident.
Me: burst out in laughter.
It was just one of those mornings where I just wasn't in the mood to be angry.
Krew comes in behind me to see what all the commotion is about and he decides to jump into the pool (tub) pajamas and all. More laughter. I don't know why, the whole thing was just so funny to me. So I strip Krew down but before I take off his diaper I check to make sure it only has shi shi and it appeared that way, so I took it off and one little piece of poop ploped in the tub. Now I have to hurry and pull both kids out, drain the tub, and clean it. I told the kids bath time was over, they got a quick shower, soap and rinse. No complaint. That was good.
It was a rainy day today, so I decided it would be fun to go to the mall and let Kali play glow in the dark miniature golf since we saw it last time and she really wanted too. It was really fun. Krew enjoyed crawling around and Kali enjoyed hitting the ball and then picking it up and setting it right next to the hole so she could hit it in. She made it in all 18 holes. Good Job Kali!!
Then we spent some time and the play area. Always a good time. Krew made some friends. There were these little boys who just couldn't leave him alone, they loved him :)
We did some shopping, and Kali wanted to try on all her clothes in the dressing room to make sure they were going to fit. She was so cute!

Was that this morning?
I got up this morning and noticed their was a large puddle on the floor next to the tub. i could hear a pitter patter and looked up and the ceiling was dripping.
This answers the mystery of it all!

So cute. Doesn't two just get more and more fun? My two are obsessed with baths, it's so fun, and there are always laughs!
Cute story. So funny. ;-) And I love how Kali wanted to try on her clothes. That glow putt place looks fun. We'll have to go there sometime. Seems like you are always taking your kids fun places. I hope I'll grow up to be a fun Mom like you by the time Eden is 3. ;-)
