Congratulations Seth and Janica
Janica and Seth had the most beautiful wedding. They are such an amazing couple. I am excited for them to start their new life together. Elder W. Craig Zwick member of the first quorum of the seventy sealed them in the Salt Lake Temple. It was the most amazing sealing I have ever been to.
Happy Birthday!
Decorating for Christmas
Before we left to Utah I decided to get the house decorated so we could enjoy it with my family when we all returned together. So I pulled out the decorations and while I was putting together the tree this is what Kali was doing :) I enjoyed decorating and listening to Christmas music, even if it was before Thanksgiving :) The pajamas Kali has on are actually Krew's 6-9 month old clothes. She thinks it is fun to put them on because, "mom, look, they fit." The snowman she is olding is a decoration I bought like 5 years ago, I love it!!! It dances and plays, Ice Ice baby :)
Tongan Style
Thank you for Ka'ala and Chris our Tongan neighbors who have given us a better taste of daily life in Tonga. Every Sunday in Tonga everyone catches a pig and they cook it while at church, then they come home and feast. Our ward had a Lu'au and Chris caught a pig and showed us how to cook it in an umu, (an underground oven.) He has also showed us how to weave baskets out of coconut leaves and my personal favorite he will climb the coconut trees and knock down the coconuts for us to enjoy the juice and meat. I can easily down like 5 coconuts in no time flat. I LOVE THEM. He sure is saving me lots of money, any where on the island they sell one coconut for $5.00.
This was Chris's birthday cake for Nate's birthday. Chris even ripped it open and ate the meat inside, the ears and we all tried brain. Yes, even I had a lick of the brain, it was like pork lard. YUMMY!! :)
12:01 am
For Angie's birthday SURPRISE the E building women went to the opening night of Twilight. We knocked on her door at 10:00 pm sang to her, gave her some gifts and said lets go. We all sported heels, thank you Hillary for the fun idea, because it was girls night out on the town and we didn't get home till 3:00 am so why not go in style :)
When I am not playing catch up and running a million miles an hour I will blog about the E building girls and why each one is so amazing and why they have been such a blessing in my life.
