Happy Birthday Joy
Aaron's Dad David and step mom Joy came out to Hawaii to visit us and to celebrate Joy's birthday!! It was so nice to spend time with them. This was their first time seeing Krew, and Krew absolutely loved them :)
Joy and I went horseback riding along the beach, which was the one thing she really wanted to do. We all ate at Ted's bakery, played at the beach in Waikiki, went to the PCC laua and night show, with out the kids (thanks Kim and Hillary). We were able to just hang out and enjoy visiting with each other. It was so nice to get to see them. Thanks for coming out to visit.
Kahana Valley fish pond
Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day :) We spent our day at the fish pond. Lili and Kali had a good time floating around in the water. Lili thought is was pretty cool that should could touch even when she went really far out. Kali was a little skeptical and was afraid a fish was going to bite her. While Aaron walked around in the water with the girls, Krew and I hung out on the beach and he played in the sand. Kali had fun running and jumping onto her floaty. It took her a couple tries before she actually landed it. I liked to see her not give up and keep trying.

CHA CHA CHA CHIA
Some cultures believe if you shave your head
then your hair will grow back thicker, healthier, stronger, etc.
I have always been so interested to try it out and see,
but too scared to try it on myself or Kali.
We have already shaved Krew's hair once
but it doesn't seem to be making a HUGE difference.
Well, Hillary was tired of seeing all these little babies
with full heads of hair and poor Jocelyn's hair
just was not growing at the rate she would like,
so we put it to the test.
Last night we shaved all of Jocelyn's hair and
when she woke up this morning this is what we found.

Disclaimer:
For those of you who do not understand
my sense of humor.
This did NOT in fact happen.
This is just Hillary, putting her hair over
Jocelyn's head to see what she would look like :)
Just had to clarify.
I don't want to be held accountable
when you all decide to rush into the bathroom and
shave your head.

ART
We had a nice sunny day yesterday with no rain. YAY! So Kali and I painted while Krew took a nap. The other day while we were at the beach we found these brushes that we had learned about in her school class. I can not remember what they are called, I will find out from Auntie Keahe, but they fall from a tree and they break open and fan out into bristles and they work perfectly for painting. (Liko just informed me it comes from the pandanus tree, Thanks Liko :)
After Kali honed her painting skills we were off to the beach with the whole family and sadly I did not bring my camera. Shame on me, but next time I will, it was such a fun spot with tons of cool places for pictures, we had never been there before, but we will definitley be going back:) (it's in Haula, across from sacred falls trail head)

Young Love
What Krew has accomplished in the first 10 months of his life :)
- he balances himself while standing with out any support (preparatory for walking)
- he has four teeth on top and two on bottom
- he gets into everything and destroys it, he always manages to find the one thing in the room that he could do the most damage with
- he loves to clap, he will crawl around and then just stop and clap (so cute)
- he says mamma and dadda
- he can climb up onto anything, lately I have found him climbing as high as he can climb on chairs, and the entertainment center
- he is a tough boy, even when getting mauled by his sister
- he adores Kali and laughs the hardest when playing with her, their favorite game right now is for Kali to run around the house and Krew speed crawls chasing her while both of them are just laughing hysterically
- last but not least he has found his one true love :) They are cute when they play together, or first see each other, they both get excited :)

Pregnant - with twins...
Did I get your attention!!! Don't worry, I am not talking about me, I am talking about my husband :) Confused? Well, Aaron found out that he has two kidney stones and at the hospital they told him that passing them is comparable if not worse then giving birth. Pray for him, it is going to be painful. :(
The picture is of Aaron working on his truck changing his brake pads.
