Kali is starting to be very prissy now for some reason when we go to the beach. When we first get there she wants to be set on a towel so that no sand touches her. She will sit there for awhile and then she will lay down like she is sun tanning. Then I will ask her if she wants to get in the water with me and she always does which is nice. After we get in the water and she plays for awhile she will want to get out because she is cold and want to be wrapped up in a towel. As soon as we have gone through this whole routine she is fine and will start running around in the sand and not freak out about being sandy. I don't know where this all came from but I hope it is a faze. I miss when Kali loved the beach and she would play in the sand and play in the waves and let them plow her over. We are going to try to go everyday and see if that cures this prissiness! I just want to give a shout out to OLD NAVY for providing such cute suits for little girls. I LOVE THEM!

My Princess

She is so cute! I have to say that everytime I look at your blog, I am SO JEALOUS! It looks so nice and warm there and I'm freezing my butt off here in Rexburg with still about 1 foot of snow (and it snowed again today). Get me out of here!
it's so funny how they have their little quirks! hopefully she gets outta that phase because it'll be hard to deal w/ her and a new baby at the beach, but i'm sure you'll be a pro! :) btw, love the suit too!
First I have to second ON's little girl swim suits, even though I have boys, I always have to check them out because they are always so dang cute! It's adorable though, I have SUCH a boy, it's fun to hear/see how girly little girls are! Hooray for you getting one of each!
so CUTE. widdle kali. I want to come out again this summer, but i dont think it's going to be possible. I'll just have to wait to hold my nephew :(

Too cute! I bet it is just a phase. I wish I had a beach to go along with our weather here in AZ. Oh well, I guess we will have to settle for the sand at the park. Take care!
